Pickup & Local Delivery

For a limited time, we are unable to offer shipping. Products are currently available for local pickup or local delivery only, depending on your location and the items in your order.

We expect shipping to be added as an option in March 2026, at which time this policy will be updated accordingly.

If you have questions about eligibility, delivery areas, or timing, please contact us before placing your order.

Freight & Shipping (Coming Soon)

At this time, we are unable to ship orders via parcel or freight carriers. Shipping is expected to be introduced in March 2026, including standard ground and freight options for larger items.

Lead Times

Most pieces are made to order, ensuring the quality and craftsmanship you expect. Depending on what you purchase, your order may be ready at different times.

If your order contains items with different production times, the longest lead time will apply. For example:

  • Quick Ship items: typically ready within X–X business days

  • Made-to-order items: may take up to X–X business days

Orders placed after 3pm ET are processed the next business day.

For large orders (50+ of a single item), lead times may differ — please contact us before placing your order.

Pickup Timing

All products are produced at our U.S. manufacturing facilities. Once your order is complete and ready, we’ll notify you to schedule pickup.

Pickup windows are coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth handoff. Please arrive with appropriate vehicle capacity and assistance for loading, as loading help may be limited.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for select regions and orders. Delivery timing will be coordinated once your order is ready.

Delivery includes placement at your curb or driveway unless otherwise arranged. Packaging removal and in-home placement are not included unless explicitly quoted.

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery and note any visible damage or concerns at that time.

Your Serenity™ Low Tide chair is built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep it looking it’s best:

  • Cushions– Spot clean fabric with mild soap and water; allow to air dry.

  • Poly Lumber– Simply wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap solution. Poly lumber resists fading, staining, and moisture, requiring no sealing or painting.

  • Seasonal Storage – Store under cover or use a protective furniture cover during extended periods of non-use for maximum longevity.

We want you to love your Low Tide Chair. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:

  • Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.

  • Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
